Just got done putting the final touches on our replacement decal sticker for Time Crisis 2. We’ve owned a few Time Crisis 2 arcades, and the decal is almost always torn up like a pack of wolves, or 5 year olds, got done playing with the thing. Pretty happy with the way it turned out. With the advent of multicade systems, there has been much talk about whether or not multicades are a good thing in the community. On one hand, people get to experience a breadth of games that they would not normally be able to. On the other, it’s a sort of bastardization of a very cool culture that places value on rarity and the challenge of searching for rare boards and systems. Pandora’s boxes and 60-1 systems are a perfect example of that change. In any case, we want whichever path you’ve chosen to look as good as possible. The Narc marquee presented a slight issue with scanning. Originally the marquee was actually part of the bezel glass, which makes for difficult scanning. We were finally able to capture it and create a nice reproduction for all those collectors that need one for a conversion cabinet. There’s nothing quite like blowing up a crack head with a rocket launcher, and then taking their hypodermic needles and cash. Gotta love the 80s. 80s marquees with live characters are some of our favorites. They represent everything that was awesome about the 80s: over the top hair, bad acting, and cheesiness beyond belief.
