Dig Dug 2 via Mike

This is something we didn’t know existed before one of our customers requested it. Dig Dug 2 was apparently released in 1985 by Namco as a sequel to the first, but largely failed due to a number of different things. This version of the game was based on an island with an overhead view, and if I had to guess, not digging in a game called Dig Dug probably contributed to it losing it’s original magic. Besides that, it actually looks pretty fun, with some Qix vibes to it. Check out a play through below, and thanks again to Mike for the photo:

Time Crisis 2 Arcade Pedestal Sticker Before and After

This one really was quite fun to restore. Given how fun of a game Time Crisis 2 was, these arcades got quite a lot of use over the years. In addition to that, the pedestal is a tempting place to put a drink and have it promptly fall over due to it not being level. All those factors meant that the sticker that goes on the pedestal was usually toast within a matter of years. We were able to get a decent scan of the original and went to work restoring it. The final product turned out great and is laminated with our textured laminate to ensure endurance for years to come. Check it out in our store HERE.

Time Crisis Arcade Marquee

Finally took the time to get our original scans of Time Crisis marquee put together. Time Crisis is one of those games that people remember as one of their favorites from their childhood. Time Crisis 1 is quite rare however, as the more popular and super earner Time Crisis 2 was more highly sought after. Really difficult to compete with a 2 player game that earns about twice as much.
