How fast do items ship?
Most standard marquees ship within 24 hours. Large orders and obscure marquees take a little longer. Orders usually take 2-5 business days to arrive within the USA. Intentionally items take 5-10 business days to arrive, and occasionally get caught up in customs or stalled at local post offices. If you have an international order that has been delayed, please check with your local post office.
How much is shipping?
We have simplified our shipping costs to make things easy for you! Shipping within the USA is $3 flat rate, and shipping internationally to most countries is $12. Australia for some reason is a little more expensive.
What is the material like?
It is translite, which is what the majority of arcades used after the 90s. It is NOT plexi. Most arcades after the 90s had a sheet of plexi in front of the marquee for stability. We sell some standard sizes of plexi in our store under “other products”. Please watch the below video for a demonstration of the material.
Do you do bezels?
At this point, we do not do bezels considering we have not found a good tag board paper we like.
